COVID-19 Travel Restrictions & Change of Date Policy

In recognition of the Australian Government’s travel restrictions and as a result of the increased spread of COVID-19 globally, the following options are available to you are unable to travel due to Government enforced border closures and if you are in a COVID-19 hot spot as described by the QLD government on this link https://www.qld.gov.au/health/conditions/health-alerts/coronavirus-covid-19/current-status/public-health-directions/border-restrictions:

You are able to change your date of travel

In the instance where you are unsure of what date to change to, we can hold your booking in credit until you determine your new date of travel. The date change is also subject to any additional fees that may be payable with the new date if you are travelling in a different season.
Please note these flexible conditions are only for COVID-19 Government enforced border closures and for all other cancellations or changes, standard terms and conditions apply.
